Not feeling good today, nausea, headache and several trips to the bathroom!
I think I should go back to bed, as I'm showing signs of heat exhaustion. Well according to the web site.

Sorry it got to ya. Sometimes we need to 'collapse' for a well deserved rest. Hydrate and get some sleep. :-)
