got really into the website and app jefit.com. I also found this awesome app today High Protein Recipes for Bodybuilding (Lite). I was able to pick recipes for high protein foods and it makes a grocery list for me.

Went with my boyfriend to see my parents on Long Island today. We had such a lovely time. Hit the gym in the AM before my dad picked us up. The four of us went to a lovely restaurant on the water. Thanks to my fat secret app I stayed within my calorie limit. The power of recording this food down! I am finally feeling like I have the upper hand over eating.

Good work sticking with the exercise. My hubby and I are out of town this weekend, but I have been getting up early to use the exercise room at the hotel and pool. I brought my 6 lb medicine ball with me too, so I have able to get a workout in each day still. Went on a hike yesterday and out walked the other two. :)
