I had my first baby 15 months ago and put on 50 pounds during the pregnancy. After he was born, I was able to lose about 20lbs but am having trouble with the rest. I feel like I have tried a lot to lose but am not able to keep with it.
I was also going through some medical issues and find it hard to get motivated for exercising. Before getting married and having a child, I was in the best shape of my life. I loved going to the gym and would spend 6 days a week there. Now, my priorities have changed and exercise is not one of them (when it really should be).
I am sick and tired of feeling fat and want to go back to wearing nice clothes and feeling good about myself. I am hoping this website will give me the helping hand I am looking for!!!
