This saturday I saw my doctor and he said I was healthy :) I ate before and so he asked me to come back another day to draw blood for my blood work. He told me that 220 would be healthy weight for me. According to my BMI I should be 150-180. He looked at me and laughed. There is just no way I can ever be 180. More and more I care less about my weight and more about other factors: pant size, fit of clothes, percent body fat, etc. I am going to still weigh in but the numbers wont scare me as much as before.

That is a wonderful goal! Healthy, and toned and outward is good. My buddy CJT says, "The mirror trumps the scale anyday" meaning if we look and feel good, the scale is unimportant. When I get to my goal weight - which is one I can maintain - I will still be in the "overweight" range for my height - but I know how I look and feel at that weight so...the scale is just a guide.
