gooooooood sunday morning everyone...wakin up to 40 outside this morning..odd weather this year...in the high 80s last week, this week in the 60s...an you feel cold again...lol...todays plan is to get out an feed the dandalions once again... just work outside an get some outside steps in...weight is still on a downward move...actually lookin forward to weigh in tomow..i keep track of my weight on a monthly calendar i print out, and i can look back each day or week to see and compare on here to what i ate or didnt eat and see how im doing...each sunday so far ive had a drop from the week before..so thats very encouraging to see...seems like it will be low when i weigh in, an then thru the week it goes up just a little an then i have to try my best to get it back down again..never ending work...lol...but i am determined more this time...and if i was exercising which i havent for a week, then im thinkin it would be showing more of a loss...but im thinkin this morning ..if i can lose an not exercise...hmmmm....lol...no i kno sooner or later im gonna have to work out just to keep my body guessing...todays plan is to also go out an set the seat up on the bike...im thinkin mabye thats what is causing my knees to hurt when i ride it for very many days in a row...well...just woke up about 30 minutes ago..an need to make the bed an get with the program once again...have a greatttttttttttt day everyone... and twin...you keep outta my mators...lol...

just tried on my 42s...an they fit once again...now to start workin on making them fit better...so i dont have to suck in my gut...lol...an to work on gettin into 40s...im happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHooooooHooooo!!!! Congrats Mike...Keep it up...I was told this weekend by a guy friend I hadn't seen in awhile that another 20 or 30 pounds lost and I was gonna look "damm fine"...made me feel good...I do and have always carried my excess weight quite well...I'm tall and broad shouldered...and even with the excess fat...still *curvy* in the right places....be fabulous to see those curves getting more into shape!!! hugggs and have a GREAT day darlin.....hugggggs

yeap always nice to see an old friend that notices the loss more then you do when you look at yourslf in the mirror...
