Gaining rather than losing is so demoralizing, even when it's just a pound! 😞 It's especially hard when I'm intermittent fasting 16:8, eating really healthily while keeping my calories up enough, and walking an average of 5 miles a day. Granted, I do feel reasonably good but I need the motivation of results on the scale. Hoping that if I can keep doing what I'm doing, eventually that will happen. Keep reminding myself that I did it once, so I can succeed again. (Dropped 100+ lbs back in 2014, before regaining it).

Only mere ounces, but at least the weight's still heading in the right direction! Plateau-ing a bit, probably due to not consuming enough calories. 😏

Tiny weight losses just now but I know that patience is the real key to weight loss. Hanging with there with 16:8 IF, lots of daily walking (4-5 miles), and good sleep (7-8 hrs p.n.)

Managing to stick to IF 16:8 (12 pm -8 pm) and very healthy eating. Having to work on getting 2000 calories a day. Car still our of action so walking about 5 m p/d. Sneakers getting very worn, so a bit footsore.
