Good morning. It's been a few months since I stopped going to the gym, but this week has not been to difficult to get into the morning routine. I guess being a morning person that helps a little. Just glad to get in the gym. I have really missed it. I know that sounds odd, but even my wife says I am in a better mood when I hit the gym. I know it was frustrating to see myself gain the weight and hit the gym, but if I'm being honest, I knew I wasn't eating right. And I am trying to get into that right mentality again. I am making an effort to cut my portions, because honestly it wasn't what I was eating, but how much. Enough ranting out of me. Gotta get to work. Hope you all have a great day.
