definitely need to get motivated. my weight is going up every week and I don't know why! damn getting older. boo!
I know I must be bloated since the body fat on the scale went down a lot while the pounds went up. I've just got to stop this cycle. especially if I want to look like a princess in my wedding dress in March!!!
