well i was expecting my weigh in to be sketchy and i was right...need to stay off the sodim - the beef and broc - wasibi nuts put a hold on the water weight so i gained a pound i haven't cheated on carbs......Yesterdays blues even tho i ate all low carbs it was just too much stuff i knew when i kept eating when i was full it wasn't going to be pretty today ....still trying to kick the soda habit i just haven't yet lol well at least today is better than yesterday -
