The stress level is still high, and the drama contines! But somethings in life are inevitable and you have to do what you have to do to survive whatever is thrown at you! During the last two weeks everything has been a struggle. Here is the story that might explain these emotions that I have been feeling. My ex father-in-law whom I am still very close to has been fighting for his life. This has meant several trips to the hospital and i've had to face a lot of personal demons in order to be supportive of the family. It has also brought me and my ex closer together in the process which has been both a good thing and a bad thing rolled into one. However the whole situation has also triggered some emotional instability. To add to all of this my job has also been causing some grief too, and I'm also trying to deal / accept that no matter what individuals who do not take the time to learn what I do will presume that I'm not working the way they believe I should be.
With all this going on I am trying desperately to stay healthy, by eating right and to keep moving. Unfortunately I have let a lot of thing fall to the wayside so that I can concentrate on what I feel are more pressing issues!
I do however still have faith that once everything settles down again that I will get back on track. Until then I'm going to ride out this storm, and find comfort in knowing that there are wonderful people like my buddies on here that through the open hearts and support have provided me with a life jacket that helps me stay afloat!
I hope that one day I too can provide that same support.
So before ending this entry.. My montra will be lyrics from the Kelly clarkson song.. What doesn't kill you make you stronger.
That's it for now!!!

I am so sorry about your ex's dad. We will say many prayers for him & his. We understand but we don;t understand because your particular experience is not ours. Confusing emotions & old hurts come to the surface for us all and everything is tangled so that it's hard to separate this from that. Admittedly - deep & dark experiences such as your ex-father-in-law's put something silly like a candy bar into perspective. Hang tough Kid!
