Today was horrible. I started out great with a smoothie, egg, 2 pieces of oatmeal toast with peanut butter and turkey bacon. Worked out for an entire hour. Was going to have nothing but veggies and some nuts the rest of the day, but ended up going out of town with hubby and kids and, of course, they wanted pizza. So I'm going to count that as my free meal. Or should I say free day? lol. I'll start back being good first thing in the morning. Guess I need to go work out another hour to even out the fat...
