I've come to the conclusion that althought I thought I was "doing enough," since I only want to lose between 10 and 15 pounds, the weight won't come off easily. So, I need to really step it up. I plan on doing cardio twice a day. I would like the disparity between what I've eaten and what I've burned to be at least 700 kCals. Then, it would be like every five days, I would lose a pound. Hopefully of fat. Anyway...I'm a stay-at-home mom, so I really have no excuse for not stepping it up, aside from my own laziness. So, here it is: I am now accountable for "stepping it up." Wish me luck!
