[color=cyan]Ending Week 3 on the atkins, I feel much better (finally) and happy today - weight loss is going good i can see the difference not quite to a smaller size yet but soon!! My goal is to give up diet pepsi within the next month?....i used the atkin candy/meal replacments to help me thru the first part of the changer... but i no longer need it...I feel so dedicated!
