SOoooo tired today. Did not feel like working out, but I did. Didn't feel I did a great job working out, but I did the whole thing. Level 3 30 Day Shred and the Boost Metabolism, Burn Fat or whatever it's called, the 45 min. one. I've eaten a lot today, too. I felt so strong yesterday and pretty weak and tired today. Lord knows I got enough protein. Better update my food diary. Good thing is I've burned nearly 2500 calories today and will probably burn approx. 200 more today.

You did really well today, and you didn't eat that much! You eat really healthy anyway, so your body is loving that food, especially after your workouts. Good job sticking with your workouts, even if you were exhausted, you can sleep well tonight knowing you had will power!
