Broke my stall today. Didn't change anything, so I was right and it was just that my body needed to get used to the new shift.
Walked 4 miles.

Congratulations on your loss, its always nice to break a stall. I am finally moving again to but I stalled myself not eating enough calories. I think I wanted it so bad I cut back to far and just put my body into survival and it hung on to everything I was eating...I won't do that again.

Well...no wonder I was stalled.
I've been eating at Perkins after work (3AM or so). An everything omelet with hollandaise sauce.
Just went to Perkin's site, and the omelet had 9 NET carbs and the Hollandaise sauce had 9 NET carbs.
NO WONDER that hollandaise was so good!!! 1/4 of the ingredients are not allowed.
That is what I get for "guessing".
