T'was yummy (not sure how good it looks but there you go, was v tasted as I'd roasted the peppers with chilli and cumin the previous day). No milk used in the scrambling of the egg (hence I always record as 'fried eggs' or 'whole eggs') just to explain the confusion of text referring to fried/whole eggs versus a pic of scrambled!
