Since my last journal entry I went on vacation to chattanooga for 3 weeks, put on 5 lbs (due to the lack of exercise and I ate WHATEVER I WANTED) but no biggie...It was a well deserved break and the fact that I only gained 5lbs let me know that the wieght loss was actual loss and not just a quick fix. Ive know people to gain all their weight back in a month because it was not lost properly so to have only put on 5 is not that bad at all. I learned what I can and can not do in order to maintain. since I am back I readjusted my goals and felt that 150 would be perfect for me. I thought to my self "I lost the baby weight now its time to push toward my ultimate goal!" Im refocused and ready to shed these last 24 lbs! I was fortunate enough to have a friend let me use Turbo Fire, which I am well pleased with, and Hopefully that with some healthy eating will get the job done...Lets go!
