My cousin was in town this weekend and rather than be diligent with my diet, I went all out enjoying the foods I haven't had in a while. This is now 2-3 weekends in a row that I went overboard, and It shows... I have a 5 pound gain. I am also due with my ToM this week so there could be some water weight in there. I definitely am upset that the scale went in the wrong direction this week, but today is a new day.
