I just printed off 2 spreadsheets: one for me, one for hubby. Broke it down into 2 weeks worth of exercising, as the Abs Diet book suggests in the beginning. Both weeks include 30 minutes of walking 6 days a week, 3 days of alternating 8 pushups with 15 squats x3 sets, and 1 day off. Have them marked to start on Monday. Going to spend the rest of the weekend figuring out menu and grocery list.
