I'm on day 5 of what was going to be 3 day liquid Almased but I decided to extend it as long as I am satisfied and ok. They recommend not more that 14 days, I don't think I'll go 14 days! And then after that go on a 2 meal shake & 1 solid, mostly vegies, some/few fruits (in morning) and protein, some grain also. Basically a good woe!
BUT, I've been having difficulty finding Almased in stock plus it is expensive and the canister only has 10 servings. 6-8 T is a serving. So it goes fast. I went to GNC they had it but after talking with the salesman, I decided on the GNC total vegan lean Shake 25. It is not cheap but they had buy one get one 1/2 off and it tastes great, mixes great and there are more servings in the canister. PLUS there is support online, (Youtube and at GNC) Sooo today is my 1st day on it. and YUM. I have the chocolate, with unsweet almond milk, added a little more unsweet cocoa, ground flax seed, cinimon, olive oil (to get my oil in)
and I really like it.
I'll update my food this weekend and list more.
