I just realized I eat really really bad! I thought to start his to just monitor what I eat to see where the majority of fat comes from and yea I eat out way more than I eat in. I think it's mostly because I don't have the patience to cook everyday or wait for stuff to defrost. And then my boyfriend is always taking me out for lunch and dinner and stuff so it's kind of hard sometimes. I really want to lose weight but I guess if I can just not gain anymore weight I'll be ok with that too. I guess I'm not willing to trade in my turkey dogs, and giant turkey burgers, and fried chicken lol. I guess I can be ok with maintance...plus i like never weight myself...I don't have a scale...i should go buy one...
