Good grief, it's been a long time since I posted a journal. There has been so much stressful, chaotic stuff going on that I just haven't had time. I have been trying to read and support the journals of others, though :)

I'm still maintaining my weight, and still eating well. My water is an ongoing struggle, and I do need to get back to regular exercise and Mediterranean WOE. I did do a kettlebell and kickboxing workout this morning before work.

I've planted our fall garden, and already have kale, spinach, radish, and peppers coming up.

Other than that, not much going on other than everyday life. I'll try to post more regularly.

How are the dogs?

Sarge had to have a 2nd back surgery. He did great after the 1st one, but around the 10th week a keloid grew inside a disc and attached to a nerve in his spine. He also developed a spinal infection. This 2nd recovery has been much slower and much harder. It's been 6 weeks, now, and he does have a UTI but is starting to walk again. Thank goodness for pet insurance! Thanks for asking :) Our other dog is fine.
