OK..so I think these little cheats are beginning to be a problem. I ate a piece of pizza yesterday. I wasn't hungry. I just caved without any internal debate.
So, as of today, back to stricter version. No more shrimp with my steak. No more cheating around the edges. They lead to PIZZA.
Also started walking again today. Its been so cold and snowy for 3 weeks I haven't wanted to walk outside.
Bundled up and walked 3.2 miles on lunch @ work today. I'm feeling it. I think that the wind and hills worked against me. Took 68 minutes. **Co-worker wanted to talk about something, so just walked another mile. Wohoo*** If it is warm enough I'll walk to breakfast on Saturday. (9.5 miles round trip)
Feeling refreshed. More centered.
