Talk about your yo-yo dieting! My chart looks like the mountain trail option on the tredmill!
158.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week

it does a bit... or a really irregular heatbeat. Once you get into the pattern it gets easier. Be really strict with yourself for two weeks and then all the cravings will go, and it will start looking like the scary part of a rollercoaster! The downhill part! Get all the temptation food out of the house!
