I Had a bad day yesterday was at 184% of my RDI just needed some crisps !!!!!!

Ooh - crisps are my downfall, I have to avoid at all cost, just one and I have to have more, a big family pack preferably!

having a really good day today have got over my crisp feast from yesterday. I am half way through the day and am at 51% of my RDI YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!

A good way to control portion size is to use a decent sized container like a takeaway one and see if you can fit your meals in there. It Also helps leave leftovers:3

I always eat from a bowl, have done for over a year now. It's surprising how you can cut the portion size down without really noticing. I don't like a dinner plate now because it just screams 'fill me!'
