Another month down and another 8 pounds lost! I haven't had time to get to the gym since my second job has been scheduling me so frequently, but at least working there is keeping me on my feet and moving. Overall I'm happy with my weight loss progress; however, I can't help but wonder how much better my overall body composition would be if I actually had time to do a real workout 3-5 days every week. Maybe a membership to a 24-hour gym would help... :)
