Well, I am way off the wagon for the past few days. I had pizza... Twice... On Thursday alone. Haha. Friday, I had Burger King, and yesterday... I had a chicken fried steak bigger than my own head. Yep, I've been bad. Strangely, though, I don't feel fatter. I think I have put on some muscle. Regardless, I'm putting in a low calorie day today. Also going to get in at least 30 mins of cardio and my push-ups/reverse lunges/sit-ups mix. I think the push-ups are seriously sculpting my upper body. I am going to try to up the protein this week and see where that takes me. I don't think I've been getting enough.

Update- Really crappy day at work = two little debbie snack cakes. BAH! I should have resisted.

Oooh girl...pizza, BK and fried steak...whoa! Calm down...lol. Well, if you don't feel the effects and you feel good, more power to you. Though I know you want to lose though, here's to better days for ya!
