I'm back. I'll be weighing in tomorrow, and it's going to be a big jump up on the scale. So much hard work to get it off, and it doesn't take much to gain it back. Getting off my exercise routine and never starting a new one I think was the biggest problem, also just not keeping track of what I was sticking in my mouth. My love of sweets really kicked me in the ass. This morning I logged my breakfast and made plans for meals and snacks throughout the rest of the day. And I think I'll pull the jogging stroller out of the storage shed and go for a walk with my little girl or just dancing in the livingroom with her. Going to start off slow with the exercise and ease into it doing a little more each day. My knee has been bothering me off and on lately as well as the cyst in my foot. I've had days where they've hurt bad enough that I didn't even want to walk through my house. All the weight I'm carrying isn't helping those issues, and I know pushing my left leg (that's the hurt knee and foot) would just make the issues worse. I hope I can find the support on here and in real life to keep with the program this time and not let anything deter me. -J.

Hey Jada.. Glad you are back. I just started back last Thursday. It sucks to fall off the wagon but as long as we hop back on we will be okay. Your baby is beautiful

Thanks Brandy. :) It's way past time for me to get my ass in gear. I know as I start to see the results I'll keep moving forward. Just have to keep focused on the weightloss and not let the ups and down of random events get to me. :) Thank you Ida, she's equal parts beautiful princess and monster child. :P Wouldn't have her any other way either. lol. Time for a snack. ^.^ Followed by folding clothes.
