I'm actually not disappointed or surprised. Like I said before I was really sick and so I didn't get to 162 by my regular eating adjustments therefore I didn't see it as maintainable and that's what's the most important to me. I just really was in awe that in one lifetime my body could go from the highest weight I've been of 295 down to 162! But after rehydrating myself and the BBQ yesterday I ended up at 166 which is still lower than where I was (168) and lower than my "ideal" weight that I was trying to maintain (173). 3 day work week. Lets get started.
166.8 lb Lost so far: 103.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
