Due to the snow I didn't walk today. I'll have to make it up another day. I don't want to go below 10 miles a week, and I'll be unable to take long walks this weekend (need to stay near home)
Just worked out on Wii. I have 2 workouts left to finish the 30 day challenge. (couple of days behind, but oh well)
Didn't loose as much this month as I was hoping, we will see what happens next month.
I need to integrate some situps into my workout every day. Maybe 10 before I get going in the morning and 10 at night would be the place to start. I lost 1 inch on my waist last month, but nothing else.
I shoveled about 20 minutes today, but it was a light, powdery snow, not much of a workout.
So far have lost 66#s and not seeing extra skin, but I want to work really hard to avoid that since I'll be loosing so much weight. Slow is better to avoid that.
