It's crazy how fast the lbs are going. People are telling me to slow down a bit which is definitely good advice. I'm somewhat getting addicted to losing weight which can be a good thing, I just don't wanna hurt myself. I just know if I lose weight any slower than I am right now that I'll just be disappointed in myself. I don't know what's making me rush so much. I need to figure it out! :(

Hah! There's no real secret to my diet. I just cut calories a ton... a little too much. But so far I've only felt like crap once, and it was two mornings ago. I woke up, felt crappy, and then ate a banana and drank some milk and then i felt fine again. So yeah, cutting calories and the occasional walk will help immensely. :D
