goooooooooood sunday mornin everyone...slept in this morning for a change...woke up when i normally get up, but layed bck down an got a few extra winks..now i feel like im runnin behind even if im not..weather man just said more snow on the way tonight thru tomow some time..3-4 dependin on where you are...dont mind the snow, hate the ice mixed in...shovelin it yesterday was a heavy load...but then naturally the sun come out yesterday afternoon an melted off the ice from the drive that i didnt get off...todays plan is to ride that bike to no where to get a workout of some kind...really enjoyed the workout yesterday on the drive...need several more workouts like that to keep the weight down thru the winter time...well...gonna get up an eat breakfast...then get the bed made...and gotta cook some stuff up ahead once again...then get my exercise done...so....have a greatttttttttt day everyone...

MINI GOALS THAT I DO MY BEST TO FOCUS ON EACH DAY !!!!

1. I AM FIRST !!!!!

2. THINK POSITIVE, AND BELIEVE IN MYSELF !!!!!

3. GET IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND !!!!!

4. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AT THE NEXT MEAL !!!!

5. VISUALIZE MYSELF AT MY GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS ME TO REACH MY GOAL EASIER !!!!!

6. FOOD IS NOT A REWARD !!!!...ITS NOURISHMENT !!!

7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS I GET OUTTA BED !!!!

8. EAT MY HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!

9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!

10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!

11. REMEMBER...IF IT WAS EASY TO SHED THE WEIGHT, THEN THERE WOULDNT BE SO MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO PROFIT FROM TELLING ME HOW...

12. WATER!!! HELPS TO FLUSH OUT THE TOXINS !!!!!

13. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!

14. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

15. SET MINI WEIGHT LOSS GOALS I CAN REACH!!!

AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST....

16. DO THE BEST I CAN DO EVERYDAY...I'M ONLY IN COMPETION WITH MYSELF !!!!!!

i can do your sidewalk twin, if you have the $$$$...lol...besides..its great exercise and a different workout for you...shock that body...give it a workout its not expecting...

Nice to sleep in just a bit...I did too...have a load of work home from the office to keep me occupied today...and you have your rides to nowhere to keep you busy....have a GREAT day Mike...huggggs
