Lately I haven't been feeling the weight loss. I'm still sticking to my usual calories per day, I just don't get it. It's getting me more anxious to walk though. I think I'm going to go on a walk tomorrow. That will be good. Maybe just from el segundo blvd. and back. or maybe more. We'll see.

You sound just like me, I bought a pair of trainers yesterday and am going to start walking 30mins a day for 5 days a week hopefully that will help. Keep going it will be worth it in the end.

It will take some time to see results, but do persist. You lose it fast, you gain it fast!!!! Good luck and stay motivated.

Thank you guys for the support. Rosemary, it's great that you have an actual schedule to follow; I should probably get on that as well. the other day I went for a walk that ended being a little longer than expected... 9.5 miles... -___- I WAS EXHAUSTED. Well, hopefully it pays off.
