Day 4. 4 out 21, on my way to making a habit!

I might have been a little too ambitious yesterday thinking I was going to do the 3 miles and do the yoga. Is this old age? Sheesh! I think it's just the fact that I am coming off this cold and a work out hiatus! That's my story and I am sticking to it.

Yesterday's food journal was ok. I had a little too many carbs than I wanted to, but I still didn't go over in calories too much. Still less than 400, which completely shocks me! Tonight I will make miso salmon. Yummy!

It's gonna be pouring tonight, so no outdoor workout for me. I hate the treadmill with a passion anymore. But I will do it, at least for a little warm up and then maybe I will get some yoga in? Must keep trying till it happens! Good news is that I am motivated to keep up the exercise everyday for 21 days to make a habit!

***EDIT*** Did NOT make it to the treadmill! Ugh! I did do some yoga, and then some push ups and sit ups, which I am sure I will feel tomorrow. Tomorrow's always another day.
