OH MY! I'm having a real hard time fighting the sweets this week. Having major sugar cravings! I can't control it. Help! I can't gain back what I've lost, but I just can't seem to get focused like I was before Christmas. Please pray I'll get back to doing this right. I like losing weight and looking thinner. :(

Hang in there Shannon. Lord knows its tough...go to the grocery store and find a sugar substitute....you are my inspiration....you are leading the blind...namely me. I follow your example. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! So glad DM is doing better. He scared me! I am going to give him a big hug when I see him.....He is not going to be happy...but no more SODAS. We have to get that blood pressure right. He has been doing exercises with me though....so proud of him!! Tell Wayne I said hello. Thank you guys for the support. It makes my job so much easier!
