It was so warm out this morning and I thought, "WoW" I don't need to layer as much. Then I took a few steps out and a "Big" dog stood in our way. Bothering Sophie so much we couldn't even walk away from the thing. I turned around and walked back in the house and did the "kettlebell" workout.
