Day 2.

I like this site so much better than caloriecount.com. There are a lot more foods on here. Yesterday was a pretty good day. Total calorie count for the day was less than 1400, weird, since I always thought I consumed way more calories than that! I played around with the activity/exercise journal. I entered in desk work, sitting, resting, sleeping, and my exercise for the day and it says I burned 2400+ calories. Is that possible? At that rate then I have a 1000 calorie deficit. Do that for 4 days and you'd think I would have lost a pound! We shall see, time will tell.

Now off to make my toast and hard boiled egg whites!
