Another entire weekend spent at the park watching my daughter play softball. Good for her, hard on my diet. I pack good snacks, and even a nice lunch, but inevitibly end up at the snack booth getting food I really don't need to be eating, but it's hot, or cold depending on what I think I need at the moment. So here I am, back at it on a Monday morning. I guess that's better than the alternative: giving up altogether. It's true - the only time we fail is when we quit trying!
