DINNER IS READY..goood morning ..just got done baking up some califlower..used hamburger instead of bacon..added pepperroni to top of the cheese..mmmmm...cant wait till time to try it..im beginning to think i could eat the whole dish by myself..but better not..

not sure if im riding today or not..still tryin to talk myself into changing an getting ready to do a ride in fitness room..not gonna hit average this week..being sick part of the week..hopefully thats over with for several months..

38 outside this morning..warmed up some since i got up at 5am..yes just didnt want to get up this morning..but had to tinkle..then naturally i wanted to weigh an see if i was happy or disquested with the scales..one thing led to another ...i finally stayed up an had my coffee..

well...its almost 10am now..and still deciding on if im gonna change into riding gear..or watch more tv..mind says lets go..body says..hey your not gonna hit riding aveage this week..who cares..if only they would be on same page all the time...less distractions that way..

WELL HAVE A GREAT SUNDAY..
