Forgot to keep track of calories this weekend while we were running around here and there. I'm getting sick of this being pulled in EVERY direction business for family obligations.
I over ate twice this past weekend. It wasn't just during the day, but at two different meals two different days. Part of it is when we are travelling, our schedule gets so out of whack I have a hard time keeping track of everything that needs to be done so I forget the things that I nourish myself with.
The good thing? I was able to stop eating when I felt "satisfied" but not "full." Still, I'm hoping that wasn't a setback.
