Lost another 2 lbs.. so far lost 8 since 1st day of Jan... this Atkins really works.. at least for me. 3 day weekend coming up.. going to Shreveport to play Texas hold em... will be gone 2 days.. will try to stay on diet.. but if I go off.. I will immediately go back on the day I get home.. this is my year to lose.. and keeep it off forever!!!
