So Im back on the right track...Im doing pretty well and have come to find out that this whole eating healthy business is all in the mind. If I have my mind set to eat right I do it and nothing can distract me....and thats where Im at right now. As for the exercise...I have decided that I will have to wake up bright and early (530am to be exact)in order to get that in but I love to workout once I get started so I'm determined to get back to it and hit it hard!!
