I have lost 5 lbs since the new year started. I am so excited, and I love Atkins because I am never hungry, but I only eat when I am hungry and just till I am satisfied. I know this is the year that I will lost that extra 60 lbs and keeeeeeeeeeeeep it off foreverrrrrrrrrr! It seems to get easier each day.. especially when I see the lbs coming off.
