Adora's Journal, 30 May 2007

Okay, I decided to step back and do Day 4 of Cycle 1. That's because I want to go through all 3 cycles (1 rotation) just right before my 30th birthday on Saturday, June 16. That way the last day of cycle 3 falls on Friday, June 15th. Last day will be this Friday then that way I can start Cycle 2 this Saturday. I hope to weigh approximately 135 by time I turn 30th!

Yesterday's meals (i had 3 meals & 3 snacks):

7:15 - Rice cake (pre-work out snack)
10:00 - 6 oz of low-fat yogurt with green apple
1:00 - Fruit Salad & Vegetable Juice
4:30 - 1 large vegetable salad (spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes with low-fat Asian Sesame dressing)
7:00 - 1 vegan burger & 1 cup of brown rice with 1 cup of soy milk
9:00 (snack) - Fat-free chocolate pudding (I also had small handful of nuts)

Workout - 1 hour on elliptical
