I had a pretty bad headache yesterday. I drank lots of water, so if the issue was the sodium the previous day it got addressed.
Could have been the falling barometer.
I took 2 tylenol before I worked out on my Wii Active at 9:30PM, I'm not sure if it was the tylenol(quick release) or the exercise did it, but by the time I was done working out I didn't have a headache.
Last week I ate out twice a day. I'm good at choosing good menu options so was still within my limits, but it is expensive.
This week my goal is to only eat out twice. (Always go out with friends on Friday). I was so tired yesterday and such a bad headache that I ate out last night. Headache temporarily went away when I did that. Not sure if it was hunger (shouldn't be), caffeine (3 Iced Teas) or coincidence. Hard to tell with so many variables.
I know it wasn't Atkins Flu in the classic sense because I was really low on carbs over the weekend. But I'm also wondering if the lack of veggies over the weekend contributed to my headache.
Or it could quite simply be hunger. I've kicked up my exercise significantly in the last week or so, it could be making a difference.
Done with ramble.
