I'm not good at cooking fish. Just made a yummy salmon. I can eat this several times a week. Possibly reducing sodium while doing it. Need to check if low-sodium soy sauce affects the carbs.
salmon filet 1 T vegetable oil 1 oz ginger (fresh, grated) 1 T rice wine vinegar 1/4 C soy sauce
Marinade in all ingredients but oil for an hour. Heat up oil on medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Pour in sauce, and turn off heat. Let reduce for 2 minutes with heat off. Serve with sauce on side.

Thanks for the recipe Denise. Salmon can be expensive, I'll try it next time I see it reasonably priced...

Yummm... I grew up in SE Alaska and ate salmon a lot. Now, living in the middle of Texas, it's hard to find good fish (relatively small city). You make me want to go on a mission today with that marinade.

I get mine at Costco. Comes in individual servings about 5 ounce packages. Keeps a LONG time because they are vacuum packed/frozen.
