Weighing in is probably one of the more basic, but most vexxing things for us on a weight loss/gain journey. To me, it's also one of the most inconvenient. I find it's difficult for me to find a time during the week that I can jump on the scale to record the numbers.
I do find it's easy to jump on the scale before or after getting in the shower every day. It's just that I can't remember on one particular day and only that particular day, but I can easily build a habit of it.
So, I'm still trying to think of a day that is a fail-safe for remembering to record it. Or, maybe I'll just record a lot of data points and let the system figure it out.
