I haven't been paying much attention to actively losing wt but I have been pretty careful about what I eat. Still going to the Y 3 times a week and doing some home exercises but of course when the low recently as I rolled out of bed was -20 it is not easy to do much outside. Anyway, I am still working at a losing wt even if it is not a quick ride.
