I have not yet purchased my scale, but I feel lighter already. I'm giving myself a head start on the diet thing. I am seriously measuring EVERYTHING I put into my mouth, and also recording it here. Beginning on January 1, 2012, will be using meal substitutions for breakfast and lunch. This week, I am test-driving the 1250 calories per day thing. I was SHOCKED that I was under 1000 calories yesterday. Perhaps I can start off the New Year with a lesser start weight. I am amazed at the amount of support that FS offers and the people here are GREAT. I am inspired by so many people. When I get an urge for a snack, I log in and read the forums. Thanks for rescuing me FS.
