I went to myalli.com today & signed up. I tried alli for a few days a couple years ago but was not happy with the side effects but their website offers tips & plans to help you thru your weightloss with or without using their product. I also placed a couple books on hold at the library. "How to eat like a hot chick" has given me some better ideas for what to eat & when. So Now all I have to do is implement them into my daily life...wish me luck.

Kira, I have a suggestion I recently implemented myself. I was drinking a lot of carbonated beverages. I have recently cut them COMPLETELY from my intake, which was really difficult. But I saw some results immediately. The carbonation can interfere drastically with liver function. I never paid much attention to carbonation, but looking into it I found some pretty convincing evidence. I am working with someone who helps me with all aspects of weight loss, and currently we're in the phase of just getting my food intake to where I am eating MOSTLY what I want, but eliminating or decreasing those things I know I can let go of that can interfere with weight loss. When he told me about carbonation, I was willing to give it up so I could keep chocolate cake :) Just something to think about. I wish you much success!

It's kinda odd how similar we are. I went on alli two days ago and signed up, but I don't take the product either. I never have. I was going to pre-pregnancy but then found out I was expecting so never got to try it. I havent had time to look Through the website. Is it pretty helpful? Soda is the only thing I can't give up. I get ridiculous migraines without the caffiene and I'll admit it, I love the burn. lol. But I can stand drinking diet dr pepper. My sister hates all diet drinks but likes the Pepsi Max or Coke Zero. You should try it out and see if you can stand it, bc eliminating Pepsi would give you lots of leftover calories to eat other foods.

I know the Pepsi is my addiction. I have actually dropped down from like 6 a day to maybe 3.
